– 3 cloves of garlic
– 4 red onions
– 4 red chilies

– 10 cayenne pepper
– 1 tomato
– 1 garlic
– 5 shallots
– 1 tablespoon of grilled shrimp paste

– Sugar
– Enough oil
How to make:
1. Bring the water to a boil, add the corn and boil briefly. Then add the other vegetables.
2. Cook the vegetables until half cooked, then add the ground spices, galangal, bay leaves, salt and seasoning.
3. Cook vegetables until cooked, then serve. How to make chili sauce:
1. Fry chilies, tomatoes and onions until wilted.
2. Then grind and also season with salt and sugar.
3. Stir fry the peanut tempeh
Material:
– Half a board of tempeh, cut into squares, half-fried and set aside
– 1 small bunch of long beans, cut into pieces
– 150 gr minced beef Finely chopped spices:
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 8 cloves of red onion
– 2 large red chilies
– 10 bird’s eye chilies Other seasonings:
– 2 cm galangal, crushed
– 3 bay leaves
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 2-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
– Sugar
– Salt
– Pepper
– Broth powder
How to make:
1. Sauté chopped herbs, galangal, and bay leaves until cooked.
2. Add in the minced meat, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir until evenly distributed.
3. Add enough water, season with sugar, salt, pepper, broth powder, and sweet soy sauce.
4. Add the fried tempeh, then add the long beans and cook until cooked.
5. Stir-fried peanut tempeh is ready to serve.
